HAMELEON (HameleonShoes) is an independent footwear brand based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our shoes are designed and handcrafted in small batches, with a focus on quality, comfort, and attention to detail.

Production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Actual processing times may vary depending on the product and order circumstances.

Once your order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided where available so you can follow your parcel.

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer delivery within Ukraine and international shipping to supported destinations.

International shipping availability depends on the destination country and our current shipping arrangements. Available destinations and shipping options are displayed at checkout.

If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us. We will try to determine whether an alternative shipping option is possible.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery within Ukraine

• Carrier: Nova Post.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days.
• Shipping cost: calculated according to the carrier's rates.
• Self-pickup is available at our store at 69 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.

International Shipping

• Carrier: Nova Post, subject to destination availability.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days.
• Shipping cost starts at USD 20. The final cost depends on the destination and available shipping options.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Production time is separate from transit time. The total time from placing an order to receiving it includes both production and delivery.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are separate from product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise.

For domestic orders, shipping fees are calculated according to the carrier's rates. For international orders, the shipping cost depends on the destination and available shipping service.

The applicable shipping options and charges are displayed at checkout where available, before you complete your purchase.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated or required by applicable law. They are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly indicated.

HAMELEON does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.

6. Shipment Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

If you experience a delivery delay or have difficulty tracking your parcel, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you and coordinate with the carrier when necessary.

7. Delivery Issues and Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure that your shipping address, phone number, and other delivery details are accurate when placing your order.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays or prevent successful delivery.

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or arrives with visible damage, please contact us promptly with your order number and any relevant details or photographs.

We will review the situation and assist in accordance with the carrier's procedures and applicable law.
