1. Order Processing and Production

HAMELEON (HameleonShoes) is an independent footwear brand based in Kyiv, Ukraine. Our shoes are designed and handcrafted in small batches, with attention to detail and quality.

As each pair is made by hand, production usually takes 2–5 business days before shipping. Processing and production times may vary depending on the product and order circumstances.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number, where available, so you can follow your parcel.

2. Shipping Destinations

We offer domestic delivery throughout Ukraine and international shipping to supported destinations worldwide.

International shipping availability depends on the destination country and our current shipping coverage. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we will do our best to explore possible delivery options.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Within Ukraine

• Delivery is available through Nova Poshta and other supported postal or courier services.
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 days.
• Self-pickup is available at our location at 69 Volodymyrska Street, Kyiv, Ukraine.
• Shipping costs are calculated according to the selected carrier's rates.

International Shipping

• International delivery is available through Nova Poshta and supported international shipping services.
• Estimated delivery time: 7–14 days after dispatch.
• International shipping starts at USD 20. The final shipping cost depends on the destination and is calculated at checkout where available.

All delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier, customs clearance, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are not included in product prices unless explicitly stated otherwise. The applicable shipping fee will be displayed at checkout where available, before you complete your purchase.

The final cost depends on the destination, selected delivery method, and carrier rates.

5. Customs Duties and Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and other charges imposed by the destination country's authorities.

These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless explicitly stated otherwise.

HAMELEON does not control these charges and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an international order.

6. Tracking and Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.

If your parcel is delayed, appears lost, or encounters a delivery issue, please contact us. We will do our best to assist you and coordinate with the shipping carrier when necessary.

HAMELEON is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, incorrect delivery information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
