These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the online store Hameleon Shoes (“we,” “us,” “our”) and the purchase of products through our website https://hameleonshoes.com. By accessing our site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. General Provisions
1.1. These Terms are a public offer in accordance with the applicable laws of Ukraine and are binding for all customers (“Buyer” or “you”).
1.2. All products, prices, and conditions are listed on our website and may be updated without prior notice. Any changes apply to orders placed after publication.
1.3. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
2. Ordering Procedure
2.1. Orders must be placed through our website by completing all required fields in the checkout form and confirming the accuracy of the provided information.
2.2. An order is considered accepted once you receive an order confirmation via email, phone call, or message from us.
2.3. We reserve the right to decline an order if the product is out of stock or if inaccurate contact details are provided.
2.4. If an order is declined after payment, the amount will be refunded in accordance with our Refund Policy.
3. Prices and Payment
3.1. Prices are stated in Ukrainian hryvnia (UAH) and do not include delivery costs unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
3.3. We accept the following payment methods:

3.4. Orders must be paid in full before shipment, unless cash on delivery is selected.
3.5. If payment is not received within 48 hours after order confirmation (for prepaid methods), the order may be canceled.
4. Delivery Terms
4.1. Delivery is available across Ukraine (excluding Crimea and temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions).
4.2. Products are shipped within 2 business days of order confirmation; in special cases, this may be extended to 5 business days.
4.3. Delivery options:

Pickup from a postal service location (e.g., Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta)

Pickup from our store
4.4. Delivery costs are determined by the carrier and paid by the Buyer unless otherwise stated.
4.5. Delivery timeframes depend on the carrier and are outside our direct control.
4.6. The Buyer must inspect the product upon receipt and report any visible defects before signing the delivery confirmation.
5. Warranty
5.1. Warranty periods comply with Ukrainian State Standards:

Fashion footwear – 30 calendar days

Leather/textile everyday footwear – 30 calendar days

Synthetic/mixed material footwear – 40–70 days depending on sole type
5.2. The warranty starts from the delivery date or the start of the relevant season.
5.3. The warranty does not cover: -
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorized repairs

Natural wear and tear

Exposure to extreme conditions, chemicals, or moisture
6. Returns and Exchanges
6.1. You may return a product of proper quality within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided it is unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase.
6.2. Return methods:

Return to our store in person

Ship via courier or postal service (at your expense unless otherwise agreed)
6.3. Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.
6.4. Products with manufacturing defects may be returned or exchanged in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
7.1. We process personal data in compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection”.
7.2. Personal information collected includes your name, contact details, shipping/billing address, and payment details (processed securely via third-party providers).

9.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, in the competent courts of Ukraine.
