How to Return Products Bought Online?

1. Fill out the return application and return form included in the package with your order.

2. Take photos of the completed application and return form, and send them to the online orders manager.

3. The manager will confirm the return or request corrections to the documents if necessary.

4. Once the manager confirms the return, place the following in the box:

   • The product

   • The purchase receipt or payment confirmation

   • The completed return application and return form

5. Pack all items and send them to: 69 Volodymyrska St., Kyiv, Ukraine.
   Upon receipt of the package, your refund will be processed within 2–5 business days.
