If you need to return or exchange your shoes, we aim to keep the process simple and reliable.
Return options
- In-store return – bring the item to our store for a quick, in-person process
- Courier or postal return – send the item using a convenient delivery service (shipping costs are typically covered by the customer)
Exchanges
- Once the returned item is received and reviewed, we will arrange shipment of the replacement pair
- Choosing the correct size or style in advance helps ensure a smoother exchange experience
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 2–5 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected
- The amount is issued to the original payment method
