Our footwear is handcrafted in small batches using natural materials. We care about quality – and we clearly and honestly explain our warranty terms.

Warranty

  • 30-day warranty from the date of purchase
  • Covers manufacturing defects only
  • Does not cover normal wear, неправильне використання або погодні впливи

If a defect is confirmed, you may request:

  • repair
  • partial refund
  • replacement or full refund (for significant defects)

Cases Not Covered by the Warranty

The warranty does not cover defects resulting from improper use of the product by the consumer:

– where there is visible mechanical damage, including scuffs, cuts, burns, punctures, etc.;

– where deformation has occurred as a result of improper wear, use in weather conditions unsuitable for the style of footwear, drying at high temperatures, or exposure to chemicals or other liquids;

– if the pair has been repaired, except for heel tip replacement and the application of protective sole patches;

– where the footwear has been worn during an inappropriate season.

Please note:

– wet footwear is not considered grounds for submitting a claim;

– quality claims will not be accepted if the footwear has not been used, transported, or stored in accordance with the applicable requirements, if the owner has an unusual foot shape or size, or if the pair was incorrectly selected in terms of size;

– possible staining of the insole or lining is not considered a defect;

– the warranty does not cover components requiring minor repairs, as well as insoles, laces, and heel tips, as these are replaceable parts;

– once the warranty period has expired, or if defects are found to have resulted from the buyer’s failure to comply with the applicable conditions of use, claims concerning such defects will not be considered.

Proper Use

  • Leather and textile shoes are not waterproof
  • Avoid rain, snow, gravel, and chemically treated surfaces
  • Use footwear according to its season

Care

  • Use a shoehorn
  • Clean gently, avoid excessive water
  • Dry naturally (no heaters)
  • Use proper shoe care products
