METHODS OF RETURN & EXCHANGE

How to return or exchange shoes? 

• Return the product in person to our store.

• Send the product via courier or postal service (delivery costs are covered by the customer).

• For exchanges, the new product will be shipped after the returned item has been received.

(Refunds are processed within 2–5 days after the returned product is physically received.)
