Our story began in 2014, when we – two friends who loved shoes – decided to change our path.

At that time, we worked in a large company. Our days followed the same routine: home → train → office → train → home. We wanted to create something with real meaning – something useful, comfortable, and made to last.

So we left our stable jobs. We realized that good ideas need time, and true quality cannot be rushed.

In Kyiv, we started a small workshop and began making handmade shoes using natural leather and simple tools.

We do not try to create “more than shoes”.
We focus on making honest handmade leather shoes, with care, attention, and respect for materials.

HameleonShoes is about simple design, natural feeling, and quiet individuality.

Each pair of our handmade leather footwear is made by hand in small batches.
We do not produce in large quantities.
We avoid excess and do not follow fixed templates.

Our shoes are designed for everyday use – including leather sneakers, minimalist shoes, and leather boots – created for comfort, durability, and long-term wear.

Natural leather gradually adapts to the shape of the foot, becoming softer and more flexible over time.
This makes each pair more personal with use.

Our process is manual and consistent: cutting, shaping, and finishing every pair by hand.

Small differences may appear – this is a natural result of handmade work.

We work in limited drops. Each model is produced once and does not repeat.
This allows us to stay focused on quality and avoid overproduction.

We follow the principles of slow fashion:
small-batch production, responsible material use, and long-lasting design.

Even in difficult times – from the COVID-19 period to today – we continue our work.
