Gift Card Terms
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
If you return an item purchased with a gift card, you will receive a refund only for the amount you paid. The gift card value itself is not refundable in cash.
Any defects or quality issues will be handled in accordance with applicable Ukrainian law.
If your order total is lower than the gift card value, the remaining balance stays on your card and can be used later. If your order exceeds the value, you can simply pay the difference.
Gift cards are valid for 24 months from the date of purchase.
